BOOKING & PAYMENT
How far in advance should I book?
At Fun Guys we typically have a waiting list of 3 to 4 weeks in advance of your desired event date. For example, if your party is taking place on September 4th, chances are that date has already been fully booked by August 4th.
Our events are in high demand due to high quality experience our coordinators provide. We recommend booking your party as soon as you are sure of the date and time of your event.
What is your booking process?
Call us at 844-284-9663 or submit a rental request with the details of your rental and any questions you may have.
We'll reach out to you to confirm our availability and answer any questions you may have. When you're ready, we'll then send an invoice which you can pay online.
We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments.
Is there a deposit to reserve?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The rest of your payment is due at least 2 weeks before your rental. If you're booking within 2 weeks of your date, full payment is required. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
How do I pay for my rental?
We accept all major credit cards through our safe and secure online payment platform. Checks also accepted.
GAMEPLAY & RULES
What is the age limit?
Depending on the Game Type, We recommend a minimum of ages 5 and up. Younger players are welcome with adult supervision, but gameplay may be adjusted for safety and fun.
How many players can you support?
We can handle groups as small as 5 and large events up to 100 people. We'll adjust the teams and games for the party size. For larger groups or faster-paced play, we recommend a larger playing space.
How big of space do I need for the games?
Space requirements will vary per game type but the minimum area is
Minimum 20x40 ft area for 10 players. Our games can be played outdoors or indoors (requires 15+ ft ceilings with no hazards.
Can I play in the rain or snow?
Light rain is usually fine, but heavy rain, snow, or extreme weather may require rescheduling for safety. We offer free rescheduling in these cases.
What does my rental include?
Your rental includes the field cones for setup, inflatable barriers, delivery and setup, and a Fun Ambassador(s) to coordinate gameplay and ensure everything runs smoothly.
